LGBTQ HOUSE needs a roommate
Hello ! My current roommate is moving back to America and we are looking to find someone to take over their room. This is a 1 bedroom let in a 3 bedroom apartment with 1 bathroom and a living room/kitchen. We have one cat in the house therefore we'd like to limit the amount of pets. No additional pets or couples allowed. LGBTQ friendly. This really is a safe space and welcoming home for everyone and we hope it stays that way.

Move in Date: July 14th (rent is paid on the 14th of every month)

Room comes fully furnished with a bed, dresser and drawers as seen in the photo. Everything comes included but the desk and chair. There will be lease and a lodger agreement.
