I have two different rooms with two different location but both are in Goodmayes and near to Goodmayes station ( Elizabeth line Operated).

One of which is as followed.

Total family environment with having old Mom and Dad typical village background feel more comfortable and secure even if you are with family. But i am looking single occupancy can be consider family but its depand upen circumstances.
Pakistani desi family, Punjabi and urdu speaking background. In short very secure and feeling like back home country house.

Elizabeth line station (Goodmayes) just 6 min walk, Big Tesco Extra 4 min walk, all desi food shops are very near, bus stop is just 3 min walk. Big creational ground just end of street. Etc.. etc..
