A Nice clean double room located just off Ilford Lane.
The house has a large living and dining area, seperate TV room. It has 3 bedrooms and up stairs bathroom. We have a nice garden and have a live in land lady with 3 cats.
We're looking for a female house mate and offering a discounted rent for help with cleaning and mainly looking after and feeding the cats if we need to go away.
We're pretty easy going and don't mind you having friends over, the house is lovely and homely and we live on a nice quite road.
We have a few bits that need fixing but we're working on it.
Flat mate needs to be a cat lover as my 3 babies rule the house. They are friendly and well behaved.
