Hi I have a double bedroom available in New Malden. We have A number of buses and a train straight to Kingston., easy access to uni. The train is 25 minutes to the city of London.
It’s a family home with myself and 2 adult children and 4 cats.
We do understand that some people like to keep to themselves and others like to chat etc which is fine. We’re easy going.
We share all facilities. One bathroom with a Japanese toilet upstairs and another toilet downstairs. The rent is £650 a month and deposit is £200. Short lets available and international students welcome.
