House mate wanted :
A working professional.
We are looking for a housemate who wants a home, who is friendly and sociable. To fit in to our cozy social house. We respect each other space but also enjoying watching movies together.

house mates :

Peter works in data and works from home mon- fri. Enjoys watching movies and hanging out and a big football fan.

Clare live in landlord- is a youth worker and can work some evenings or weekends, but loves to hang out at home do art and watch movies I love to travel and explore as much as I can.


Room:
Double room with fitted wardrobe, en-suite shower room, living room and kitchen. £730 a month and one month’s deposit. ALL bills included

House:
cozy living room with tv and comfy sofa.
Kitchen - pots , pans, cutlery , toaster , slow cooker , plates

Cleaning - we follow a cleaning rota, doing clean each week to keel the house tidy.

Cleaning products- we split the cost of house cleaning products each month which include , toilet rolls, surface cleaner ect…

Location :
Close to Newbury Park station on the Central Line, 5 min walk.
Close to Sainsbury's, B&M, Aldi , and other shops.
