1) A spare furnished room (not ensuite) is available for a period of 24th May 2024 - 12th July 2024 (dates flexible) in Uncle Wembley building in a 2bed 1bath apartment.

2) There is also a spacious balcony in the apartment.
Roommate is a working male-professional who will respect your privacy. We are in search of a vegetarian person.

3) We have in-unit laundry washer & dryer.

4) We also have a cook who comes daily (Monday-Friday) and prepares 2 meals for the day.

5) The building is pretty good with facilities like Residents' lounge, gym, terraces on 7th floor & on rooftop.

6) Wembley Central tube (Bakerloo & Overground lines: good connectivity to Central London) station is a short 4 minutes walk from here.
Wembley Park tube (Metropolitan & Jubilee lines: good connectivity to Central London) station is 18-20 minutes walk from here.
You can commute to Central London in 30-45 minutes from any of these stations.

7) You also have Ealing Road (with all Indian food eateries) at a short 7-minutes walk. You also have major banks (Barclays, Halifax, Lloyds, Natwest, Santander, Nationwide, HSBC) at a short walk of 3-4 minutes on Wembley High Road

8) Major grocery outlets like Tesco are at 1-minute walk. Plenty of Indian grocery store options on Ealing Road.
Other household goods items stores like Poundland, Savers club, TK Maxx, Argos, Sampoundstores are also at a 2-3 minutes walk on High Road.
There is also a beautiful park right besides the building (King Edward VII Park) at a 3-minute walk.

9) Rent for the whole period of 50 days: £1500 (utilities and council tax are not included within this)
