I am currently renting a fully furnished, luxury, modern 3 double bedrooms + 2 bathrooms apartment in Wembley Park. 60% of the time I live with my family outside of London but stay 2-3 nights per week when I’m working in the office and occasional weekends for events/theatre.

The lease is due for renewal (expires end of July) and I am keen to stay on but one tenant has all but moved out and the other will be, as they no longer work in London, so I’m looking for 2 new tenants.

The apartment has a huge balcony with a stunning panoramic view of Wembley Stadium and Olympic Way, plus use of a fully equipped gym (free for residents), rooftop gardens with BBQs, dedicated work from home areas and 24 hour concierge. Free exercise classes are available for residents until the end of the year. There’s even a dedicated dog exercise area close to the building!! Underground car parking is also available, whilst free street parking is within a 15 minute walk.

There is 1 x en-suite bedroom and the other 2 bedrooms share the bathroom. The kitchen, dining and sitting areas are all shared. Total rent is inclusive of all bills, broadband and council tax.

It's a really lovely setting, with shops, supermarkets, cafés, restaurants, London Design Outlet (with multi-screen cinema), leisure centre with pool, sauna and steam rooms, yoga studios and stadiums(!!) on the doorstep.

It’s only a 5 minute walk to the tube (Metropolitan and Jubilee lines) with fast trains to central and East London (Baker Street 15 mins; Kings Cross 24 mins, Liverpool Street 30 mins). Wembley Stadium station (trains to Marylebone) is about 10 minutes away, whilst Wembley Central (Overground, Bakerloo and Southern) is about 20 minutes away.

I am 47, work in healthcare, am an excellent cook and love travel, music, film and sports (I play tennis, football and love to go skiing). I am tidy and considerate and looking to live with like-minded people who want to spend some time together, be it theatre, cinema, restaurants, exercising or chilling with good food and Netflix, however, I am also respectful of needing your own space.

I’d prefer singles but couples are welcome for an extra £300 pcm (negotiable).
