Room available now in Ancoats

I have a double bedroom available anytime now to rent for six-months. However, I can be slightly flexible on the dates so please drop me a message if you are interested.

The bedroom comes fully furnished with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and a bed side table (desk available if needed).

There is one main bathroom which is shared with myself. The kitchen / communal areas are fully furnished and you are welcome to use all of the existing kitchen accessories etc.
 
I’m Lorna and I live here with my 2 year old dog Luna. I work from home 3 days a week so will be around a lot in the day. Outside of work I like to keep healthy, go to the gym and running. I’m also a huge foodie and love eating out when I can.

I’m pretty chilled and like to have a couple of drinks but generally tend to chill on evenings and weekends. I’m looking for someone who would be respectful of the space, and also Luna being here. Ideally a dog lover (as she’s very affectionate).

The rent doesn’t include bills, I’ve provided a break down of what me and my current flat mate are paying:

The above cost is per person. This may change month to month depending on usage.
