Looking for someone who is looking to move in on the 1st July.

Double room with en-suite and walk through wardrobe.

The flat is unfurnished, however I have furnished the living area/ shared area, so you won’t need furniture for that. (Couch/TV etc.)

The bedroom as shown in the images is unfurnished.

The rent (£620 per month) is exclusive of bills.
All bills will be shared.
Council tax, water, electricity and broadband typically come to £180 per month each.
Rent and bills approx. £850 per month.

The building comes with 24 hours concierge, lifts, common room and gym (shared with neighbouring building.)

There is a co-op food store on the ground floor and cutting room square is 1 min walk away.

Parking is available, but will need to join a waiting list for a space. £120 per month.

My current flatmate is moving out after 18 months. I’m a professional, work in HR and work from home 2 days a week and the office 3 days a week. Sometimes varies.

Happy for you to work from home too - The bedroom is large enough for the desk etc.

Looking for someone who is happy to socialise and who shares similar interests.

I’m a fairly easy going and tidy person, would like my flatmate to be the same.
