Room w/ Ensuite in 2 bed flat - Ancoats

I have a spare room in my flat in Ancoats. It is a spacious room with an en-suite bathroom and a walk-in wardrobe. The flat is unfurnished although I have already furnished the communal area so you’d just need to furnish your bedroom :) Happy for the new tenant to add to the communal area of course!

Gorgeous location. Concierge, gym and club room onsite. MCR Life building.

I’m a freelance musician so will need to do some practice every now and again, but I can use headphones with my piano and I can time vocal practice for when the new tenant is out! It’s not a case of constant practice / an annoying instrument ;) I also have a lovely kitten who is coming up to 1 year now. I’m super clean / organised and would be keen for a flatmate who is similar.

The price of bills is around £200 per month. The rent price is tbc until they confirm, as it will be a new tenancy contract, but I expect around £650 per month. Let me know if you’re interested and want to chat!
