Single/Double room in welcoming relaxed home!

Hello,
Here I have a single room (will fit a double bed and drawers) to let to someone friendly and outgoing like myself. I have recently separated from my long term partner and live with my child who is 9 and stays with her Dad half of each week. I enjoy to socialise at weekend but am really rather dull during the week as I work long hours. The house is an old terrace brought to a modern standard. Thick walls and very high ceilings. You can use kitchen / bathroom and everything as you please. Also come and go as you please just be respectful of noise if my child is home. I do have a dog who is crated during the day and walked daily by my dog walker but if you are scared of dogs this isn't the home for you. Although he is well behaved he is only a puppy. I also have a cat who I rarely see! The neighbours are quiet. We have all the usual wifi, washing machine, shower etc which you are free to use. Goes without saying we all buy our own foods but the fridge/freezer would be shared.
Train station is within a 5 minute walk to Manchester Piccadilly and buses are very regular. Any other questions feel free to ask but I would like someone who is respectful of our home and will tidy up after themselves. I keep the house tidy but am far from anal about cleanliness.
