Double Bedroom Near City Centre (All Bills Inc)

Cost of Living:
Everybody is going through a tough time money wise, and I want my tenants to live comfortably and be happy. This is why all the bills are included in the £700 rental price. I also offer a 6 month discount to anyone who wishes to stay long term. The way this works is you pay 5 months of full rent, and the 6th month is half price. This repeats every 6 months.

What You'll Get:

I'm offering a furnished double room. You’ll have a Queen-sized bed, IKEA wardrobes and chest of drawers, and depending on if you need a desk and chair, I’ll throw those in, too. In the house, there’s also a shared double living room, kitchen, and recently refurbished bathroom. If you drive, there's on-street parking right outside.

Living Arrangement:
There’s one other person living in the house. I will not be in the house. It’s a 3 bedroom, 2 living room house to be shared between two people, and there will never be more than 2 people permanently in the house at anyone time.



Extra Stuff:

The house is less than a mile away from Queens Road Tram Station, and less than 5 minutes walk away from the closest bus station, so there are easy links to the city centre.

Also, 1.5 miles away from Victoria Station, so super close to town, (less than 5 min drive and 20 mins walk) with lots of close by takeaways open till 1am, and less than 10 min walk away from a big shopping centre (Manchester Fort - has a PureGym, Nandos, KFC, Maccies, Aldi / Lidl, and B&M).


Council Tax Band A. No pets.
All bills are paid for by me, including the Council Tax.


A bit about me:

I’m out of Manchester for a months at a time, only coming back for a day to sit on the sofa, check on the house, and leave the same evening, so you won't see me at all!
