Large Double Room in the Heart of Chorlton

Hi! I have a large double room available in the heart of Chorlton, ready very soon. It’s 5 minutes from the tram and you can be in town in half an hour. Pictures are from when I moved in unfurnished. I have now furnished the whole flat other than the spare (your) bedroom.

I am tidy, pretty chilled and live with a little angel of a cat. I work 4/5 days a week in an office in town as a creative strategist. When I’m not working I am a big fan of a pint or a stand up comedy show. I love to cook and promise you can share in the spoils!

The flat is new, well-fitted and the neighbours are really nice. It’s on a quiet and secure cul-de-sac but with great access to pubs, restaurants and green spaces.

I don’t have any preference over gender or anything like that as long as you’re cool. I’d love to be friendly with whoever I live with so let’s go for a pint if you’re interested.

The flat will likely be available mid-May but latest first week of June. You will likely have to pass reference and right-to-rent checks with the letting agents if we decide to proceed!
