I have a great two double bedroom, entirely self contained apartment. The flat is within a well maintained victorian house with lots of original features and is on the first floor.

The house is friendly and I only allow professionals so you get privacy and the potential for people to talk to and have a drink with at the weekends. For just a little more a month than you would pay for a room, you get a large apartment to yourself. In summer there is a bbq area at the back of the house.

At present there are five professionals living in the different entirely self contained apartments within the house.

The property has a stained glass doorway and comes with gas central heating, a bright and very large living room, two double bedroom, newly fitted kitchen, washing machine, and two car parking spaces. The garden is well maintained throughout the year. It would be ideal for a professional couple.

It is in a great location between Chorlton, West Didsbury and the city centre.

Please note the property is not furnished. (white goods only) I am looking for tenants who want to make the flat into their home and am happy for people to decorate and hang pictures. Most of the people that live in the house make their space quite homely and unique to themselves.

The flat has its own meters; bills are not included in the rent.

Fee - £60 for deposit insurance and check in

I never use agents and keep the rent very fair to make sure that i get the best tenants in.
