Hi I'm Connagh, I've been living in North Tower for just over a year and a half now and my flatmate is moving out so she can buy her own property, so I'm looking to fill her room for the next year.

The flat itself is on the 19th floor, and it has a decently sized living room and kitchen with modern décor included by the Tower Operators with two floor to ceiling windows providing lots of natural light. There is a utility room with a washing/drying machine near the front door and a dishwasher in the kitchen and a wine fridge.

The room you would be moving into has a built in wardrobe with a large mirror, a double bed, two night stands and 2 floor to ceiling windows looking out over Manchester City Centre and up to the Peaks. The property has two bathrooms so no sharing is required.

I'm looking for a fairly social flatmate, who also has their own things going on as well.
