**Housemate is moving out so the room is available from 26th May - 1st June and then 6 months minimum let**

A cozy and spacious room available in a two-bedroom flat located in a peaceful, secluded development in West Didsbury. The room comes fully furnished with a comfortable double sized bed, a large wardrobe and bed side table. You'll have access to a fitted kitchen with a large fridge, washing machine, microwave, toaster and a kettle. a large living area, balcony and a clean bathroom. Residential car parking also available.

Located next to the Woodstock pub, it’s only a few minutes walk from Burton Road so it’s in close proximity to all the public transport, pubs, bars and restaurants your heart desires.

I work from an office Mon-Fri 9-5 so if you work from home the flat will be pretty much yours. I like my TV, films and gaming but do also enjoy a pint at the pub. I have streaming services available like Netflix, Now TV, Amazon Prime (arguably too many) which you’re more than welcome to use. Just looking for a chilled housemate who will keep the flat tidy
