Hello potential flatmate!
I'm looking for someone to share a first-floor two-bed Eccles (close to Monton) flat with as my current flatmate is moving on.
Ideally, I'd like someone who is similar age (I'm 33) who is clean, friendly, and relatively sociable.
I'm pretty easy-going, into sports, city life and travelling, but really the star of the flat is my house cat.
She's totally adorable and scared of pretty much everything so is no hassle at all.
I work varied hours so there will be plenty of chance to have the flat to yourself.
Now, here's the boring but essential bit...
Flat is three tram stops from MediaCityUK - ideal location for anyone working there.
The flat is 10 minutes walk from Salford Royal hospital, close to motorway networks (M602, M60) five minutes walk to Monton Village (which is the new Didsbury don't you know!) or Eccles town centre where there's supermarkets a-plenty.
Four miles from Manchester city centre (can drive this in 10 mins, easy).
The room (unfurnished) comfortably fits a double bed.
Large Living room/kitchen area, with all the mod-cons, dining table, TV, sofas etc.
Fitted bathroom with bath/shower. Bonus is there's also ample storage in the flat.
Secure, gated parking
£380pcm (includes rent, gas, electricity, full sky package including Sky Sports, Movies, wireless internet and council tax).
Water bill is split between us every six months.
Must like/tolerate cats as house cat lives here (she's cute and no trouble)
Available from October 14 (sooner move-in date is negotiable).
