Looking for someone to take over my tenancy in my second year house, there are 5 people living there, with a mix of men and women. The room I'm advertising is on the bottom floor at the front of the house (2nd largest room in the house.) 3 rooms on the bottom floor, 3 on the top. Toilet and shower on each floor and garden in the front and the back of the house. Just looking for someone who would enjoy going out and likes to hang out with people a lot! I would need someone who is between 18-20, has a UK based guarantor, and is a student.
