Situated on the quieter side of Fallowfield the house ideal for professionals who like to sleep at night or Uni students who need to study but like to be relatively close to the action.

The location couldn't be better - Just seconds away from buses into the city centre and has a Sainsbury's across the road which is open late so doing your shopping after work is a breeze and saves so much time. There are also restaurants and a Doctor's surgery less than a minute away. Being just south of the city, links to the airport are also very good.

We have 1 single room available at £275 pcm

and one 1 double room available at £355 per month

They are both clean and furnished with ample storage.

There's a front garden with drive with room for up to 3 cars and back garden which is great for barbeques in the summer.
10 min drive into city - 20 mins on bus. 5 minute walk to Armitage (sports) centre with full gym facilities, tennis and squash courts.

Current housemates are Amador - 30 yrs old, male professional working for an airline and Niall 22 final year undergrad in politics both easy going and sociable.

Rooms are available for a minimum period of 6 months and rental reductions are negotiable for those wishing to stay for 12 months or more.
