Garden/ nature fan wanted to complete houseshare

Double Room

My front room is available as of today. We’re a social house but fairly quiet especially at night so we’d like someone who’s the same.

In the past, I've done short term lets and then invited people to stay longer so it might suit someone who's just moving to the area and wants to get to know what's what before committing to an AST.

The house has shared bathroom with bath and overbath shower, shared kitchen, patio with pot plants and shed, shared living/ dining room with dining table and sofa. Wifi throughout. I have an allotment around the corner so there is private green space with a big open shed where we have gatherings to which you'd be invited or can go alone to chill out/ read/ garden/ yoga on the deck.

The house is at the edge of the student area, 10 minutes from the airport bus route (where you'll also find Fallowfield Sainsbury's and the centre of all the student nightlife), 1 minute from the closest bus route (50) and has a retail park with a Iceland and Home Bargains and the cycleway and corner shops about 100m from the house.

I'm into sports and keeping fit so if you are too, it'd be nice to spend some time together doing that but it's certainly not a requirement!
