Hey! I am looking for someone to take over my tenancy as I’m moving in with my boyfriend.

This property in Hulme which is less than a mile from Deansgate tram stop and Oxford Road station and in 1 minute walking distance of an ASDA.
Area is behind a security gate so super safe.
Parking space also available/included.
Patricia is a mature student studying sociology and also does some modelling and works part time in hospitality.
Hamda is a content creator and teachers assistant.
Both friendly and respectable, love the gym, music and cooking.
Room is furnished with a bed, wardrobe and drawers in room as well as washing machine , dishwasher and fridge/freezer. You would have your own private toilet but would be sharing the shower in the main bathroom with Hamda.
Council Tax Band C - £90 pcm
Deposit £600
Rent is £574 pcm (not inc bills)
Bills will be split equally between 3 (roughly 80-100 pcm inc Wi-Fi/Gas/elec)
