Double Bedroom with En-suite in Hulme

Looking for a friendly housemate to live with as my current flatmate is moving to London for an exciting new job! The flat is located on the border between Hulme and Old Trafford. We have a Tesco Express and a big Asda just 5 mins away by foot. The bus stop is just next door and it’s just a 15 mins ride to the city centre!

You will have your own en-suite bathroom and I have my own bathroom, which is nice. There is a spacious kitchen and living room which is good for guests.

All bills are included, except for council tax which is band B. But internet, gas and electricity is included in the monthly rent.

Im a teacher, so I have quite a busy lifestyle. But I do like to chill and watch tv in the evenings as well as cook and socialise.

I would like to have someone who’s easygoing, laidback and who doesn’t mind chatting and hanging out together every now and then. I do value personal space and I would like to be friends with the person I’m living with! I also foster cats, so I’m looking for someone who wouldnt mind cats here from time to time.
