House in Hulme

Hey,

My name is Will and 1 of our housemates is moving out and we are looking for a new housemates to join in November / early December.
The house itself has many great features;
- 10 - 15 minute walk to town
- Next to Hulme Park
- On street parking
- Tumble dryer and washing machine
- Large living room
- Garden and balcony

We have had a really great time with previous housemates, and are looking for an easy going social person to move in and become a friend rather than just living
together.

About us;
Me and my housemates all have full time jobs during the week, are very chilled and are in Manchester for the next year. We have many different hobbies and are all friendly people who can get on with anyone.

We have no preference whether you are a guy or girl, gay or straight etc. It is more important to us that we can have a laugh and enjoy this awesome house.

Including bills the monthly rent comes up to about £400. Furthermore you will need to provide references and pay a one off £280 registration fee to the estate agents.
