Rooms available in house in South Manchester

Hi my name is Arabella

I have two rooms available in my house in Levenshulme, in South Manchester.

I work in marketing in the city, and also run a nutrition and homeopathy practice at home.
I am looking for likeminded people who are into healthy living to share my space.

Sorry for lack of photos, as I recently moved in I am still decorating. The house won’t be ready until the end of May, but hoping to connect with people in advance.

There is one bathroom in the house which I am about to have refitted. There is also a shared kitchen and living room space.

All bills included, including WiFi and a Skybox.

We do have a garden with a mini allotment , but as I have recently moved in I have not had time to plant anything yet - if you like gardening that’s a plus. 🌷🌻

Levenshulme is a 20 min bus ride into Manchester Piccadilly, or 7 minute train journey. There is a bus station right outside the house, and the train station is an 8 minute walk. There are 3 lovely coffee shops a very short walk away, as well as an antiques market just round the corner.

Room 1,

The room is a large double room. As it is at the top of the house so you have more of your own space. It has a built in wardrobe as well as a large shelving unit.

Room 2,
£700 all bills inc
This room is a large double room next to my room. It has a big window with lovely light coming through.

I have recently painted the rooms and floorboards white. I have not furnished them yet as I know people often have their own furniture, but I am happy to discuss purchasing anything you specifically need.
