Double room to rent in shared house - Levenshulme

Our friend and housemate is now leaving the nest to travel to the big smoke, leaving us two in need for a third musketeer

The house: We have a well looked after, spacious property with a private garden and driveway. The room available is a large double room situated on the top floor of the house. There is also a spare unused office room downstairs (as pictured in the advert) which would be ideal for anyone with working from home requirements.

About us: We (Milly and Louis) are a pair of close friends who have an appreciation for culture and the finer things in life such as pints in the sun, charity shopping, cooking, gardening, board games and pints in the moonlight. I work in data in the city centre with a hybrid working pattern, and Louis works five days a week in a bakery. We are after a sociable, easygoing and considerate individual.

Other: We currently sort out all the bills ourselves. The council tax, water and wifi comes to ~£75 a month, whereas the engery bill fluctuates month on month. The property is council band B.
