Lovely Double Room Available in M19 from August!

Hello!

We are looking for a friendly, easing going young professional to join us in our new lovely home, in Levenshulme from 01/08/15 for 12 months.

The house is currently in the process of being refurbished ready for us to move in at the beginning of August. The room is a decent size, very well furnished with a wardrobe, desk and chair, drawers and a double bed.
As the room is as the front of the house it is full of natural light.

The house has a real homely feel, with a large kitchen equipped with modern oven, washing machine, microwave, dinning table and chairs and everything else you would need. The living room is spacious but very cosy with 2 comfy sofas and flat screen TV. There is a shared bathroom upstairs. There is a small paved garden out the back. As we’ll be moving in, the landlords are currently renovating and decorating so you’ll be moving into a house that is very well presented and newly decorated.

The house is located in a fairly quiet residential area where there is plenty of parking space, good links to town (Bus Number 50 + 197) and Stockport. Levenshulme train station is just a 10 minute walk away, in which trains to Manchester Piccadilly leave every 15 minutes of so and you’ll be in the city centre in a matter of minutes. Fallowfield, which has the busiest bus route in Europe is a 15 minute walk away buses into town leave from here every few minutes and run all night.

ABOUT US…
We are three friendly creative ladies. We are all currently young professionals working, or hoping to work in the arts in Manchester. Two of us are artists, while the other has just graduated in drama. Although not necessarily a ‘party house’, as we all work, we do like to socialise and enjoying having drinks, cooking together and nights in by the TV and of course nights out.

LOOKING FOR…
We’re looking for a fourth member to join us in our home who is friendly, sociable, clean and tidy and easygoing. More than just someone to live with, we are really looking for someone to be part of our home in which hopefully a blossoming friendship will arise.

THE AREA…
Levenshulme is lovely, a real community vibe with some cool spots. Pod Deli just down the road is really nice for breakfast, Trove restaurant is another . The market every Saturday is really worth checking out, just by the train station which is a 10 minute walk away. Fallowfield retail park is a 5 minute walk away with a local Sainsbury’s, pound stretcher and Iceland, Fallowfield itself is also just a 15 minute walk away with a larger Sainsbury’s and many other parts, the biggest bus route in Europe with buses.

The rent is 273pcm or 63p/w and the deposit is 5 weeks rent which works out at £315. This will need to be paid to the landlord by 01/08/15. However as we are renting from the landlord directly there are no agency fees that need to be paid. Hurrah! Bills are not included, we organise this ourselves but it’s not too expensive at all.
