The upstairs single is available for a short or long term booking. It's the room with blue curtains in the photos. There's wardrobe space and a desk in the room.

Long term:
£360 per month + bills (approx 20-30£ in summer, 40-50£ in winter)

Short term:
£400 per month or £100/week; bills included for short-term lets.

We're a friendly house, we like a chat round the table or watching something, and are also quiet, depending. I'm a live-in landlady, bith me and Mark, the other lodger, work 9-5pm. The house is relaxed space and the park is lovely. You have to walk through the park to get to the rest of civilisation.

Use of all standard kitchen facilities and utensils; washing machine and wifi is included. There is bike storage in the shed.

Rooms: they're warm and sunny and look over a park. There are drop down desks in both rooms.

Shared areas:

Dining room: table, chairs, piano

Living room: sofa, comfy chair

Kitchen: oven and microwave

Bathroom: shower and bath

Bills: water, council tax and wifi are included in the rent; energy bill checked and shared additionally each month (apart from short lets where bills are included)
