Just 2 bedroom accommodation so it’s a peaceful household.
NB… it is a Double bed, though room is not very large - but may suit a couple if you don’t have loads of stuff!

.There are 2 toilets in the house.
The room is not en-suite… however, the bathroom is just outside bedroom and the other room has own en-suite toilet so housemates have their own loo.
Very desirable area… great transport links via road, motorway or train
(By train or car to Manchester centre in 20-25 minutes.)
Easy for Oldham too (bus and tram)
Lovely location, close to Hollingworth Lake and Country Park.
Situated between lovely village of Littleborough (conservation area and good range of independent shops)
and all the facilities of Rochdale Town Centre for high street shopping, cinema etc just 10 minutes by car.
Lidl supermarket with bakery just a short walk away.
Gorgeous scenery nearby and plenty of walks, cycling routes etc.
Parking available on street (in parking bay or on side road)
10 minute walk to train station, easy for trains to Manchester, Leeds - even London is easy by train.
Frequent buses to Town centre and to tramstop for trams to Oldham etc.
Just 2 bedrooms in the house make this an opportunity to make this your cozy resting place… without it being crowded!

There is an outdoor space at the rear, lovely sun-trap in summer.

The two male housemates are pleasant, chilled out guys. They work hard and often work long days as telecoms engineers. They enjoy relaxing at weekends with an occasional beer.
The housemate who just vacated the room is a young female. She’s been safe and happy sharing the house with the 2 guys.
