It is approximately 3-4 min walk to ASDA supermarket and Stockport Road, where you can benefit from the famous 192 bus service - runs every 5-10 mins (day and night service).

Ground floor area consists of a large lounge and dining area, a separate kitchen and small outdoor area (shed).
Contents include leather Sofa suites, dining table+4 chairs, 3 single bed frames, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside chest, plus if required a mattress, study desk and chair will be provided. Washing machine, microwave, kettle, toaster, refrigerator, and a vacuum is available for sharing.

Utility bills included. Broadband is an extra £10 per person. Council tax exemption if valid confirmation of student status is provided. Rent advertised is per person per room, not for couples and we can't offer 2for1 deals :)
