The building is very secure and the property likes to host fun events occasionally in the common room. The property is quite close to a wide variety of shops and is also a 15 minute walk to the city centre and a 15 minute walk to both universities (UOM and MMU). 20 minute walk from John Ryelands Research Institute and Manchester central library!
