Double room to rent

Hi I'm John,

I've got a room to rent next to Manchester City centre, great views from my home, and if your walking from Market Street is about 8 minutes walk away, it is also only about 12 minutes walk from Manchester Victoria Station. The room is a double room refurbed and furnished to a high standard, as is the rest of my home which includes a balcony with decking and table and chairs and secure parking in the grounds... The room also as lots of built in storage.... About me I'm a professional male, easy going and friendly and outgoing, I don't drink or smoke and I spend my time either in the gym or chilling or catching up with family and friends. I am away from home a couple of nights a week and the days vary, I have an active life and would prefer someone who didn't spend all there time sat in watching TV so that we would both get some space in amongst.... Also, I would like the person I share with to be an intelligent and engaged individual who possesses some level of insight and self awareness. As I said, I am easy going but will respectfully say if something needs to be expressed and negotiated and would want someone who could do the same, it makes for a happy shared home....
