This apartment has two bedrooms and two bathrooms - the room for rent has a double bed and furniture (a wardrobe, side table and chest of drawers.) You will have use of your own large bathroom.

Spacious lounge area with 2 sofas, coffee table and TV.

Kitchen enmities include fridge freezer, dishwasher, toaster and kettle, as well as plates and cutlery.

Also includes washing machine.

There is a concierge service for post.

The apartment is in a secure complex with a large, south-facing balcony on the 2nd floor.

The total price includes rent, council tax, broadband and all bills (water, electric, council tax etc.).
