International Student -4 Bed - 2 Bath - Book NOW!!

Hi,

I have 3 Double rooms in a really nice house share available on the following booking dates:

Room 1 - Available From 1 July 2016

Room 2 - Available from 25 September 2016

Room 3 - Available from 25 September 2016

Room 4 - Is Currently Booked until 25 Jan 2017

All rooms are fully furnished.

Please note there are 2 bathrooms in this house & total of 5 bedrooms - However, the 5th Bedroom may not be available for letting - as it may be used only for storage by a previous tenant - it is therefore expected (at the moment) that no one will actually live there from around June / July this year.

There has recently been a total refurbishment of the upstairs bathroom suite - the pictures speak for themselves - to include an electric shower, new wet floor, new ceiling, wall tiles, 3 Piece bathroom Suite, etc.. etc.

There has been a replacement of a brand new Combi-Boiler - and a brand new BOSCH washing machine ( All within the last 2 months).

There are x2 fridges, electric cooker, microwave, Electric kettle, toaster etc.. There are 2 powerful Vaccum cleaners in the pantry.

All UPVc Double Glazed windows, Cavity wall & loft insulation, Gas central heated & very well maintained.

Bills include WIFI Internet, Water, Gas & Electric.

I am looking for long term 12 month tenancies - but will consider a minimum of 5, 6, 9 or 10 month terms.
