Looking for a housemate for next year (can move in from 01/07/16) for a 5 bedroom house on Hathersage Road. Already have four people so just need one more (all guys so far). All attend University of Manchester with mixture of courses (Engineering, Pharmacy and Arabic).
House is within walking distance of the university. Has 3 bathrooms which have been fairly recently refurbished.
Happy to have people round so they can see the house and we can meet them.
