URGENT: I am a uni student but looking to go home for health reasons. My tenancy ends August 31st. Will be available from June 01, but can be negotiated for earlier.

Free parking and bus stop 1 minute away. Close to city centre, 25 minute bus ride. Look up 111 service. Own bathroom. Fully furnished, however no TV. Washing machine and dryer. and Desk.

All bills included with fast broadband. Price negotiable, has been reduced because of urgency.

Other flatmate is female so females are preferred but not limited. She is fairly quiet, tidy and works a demanding job in retail. But also super fun.

Because you will be taking over my tenancy, I have paid in full. 1: Deposit and first month. Then monthly. And deposit is refundable of course, on the 1st September.
