Hi,
We've got a nice small room to rent in our 5 bedroom house from the 1st of OCTOBER.
The room looks as u can see on the picture.
160 pounds pcm, all bills are inc. + 110 pounds deposit.
We are after someone who likes to socialize and also likes to help out with the cleaning and keeping the place nice and tidy. We would prefer a girl so there is a mix of people in the house.
Living in the house currently there is 3 guys and 2 girls. One of the girls is leaving the house to move back home so this is why the room is available.
Anyone who would like to come and see the room the best time would be in the evening hours between 6pm- 11pm.
