This is ideal location being 2-3 minutes slow walk from Piccadilly gardens with all of City centre Manchester restaurants, bars, cinemas within walking distance not even mentioning the thriving nightlife available as well.

The building was built in 1901 in the now classic red and stone décor with hallways and arch way design typical of the period. This is a must see to be able to live in Manchester Icon (previously known as the Athenaeum).
