I am looking to rent out my spare double bedroom in a 2 bed, 2 bathroom flat in Vimto Gardens which is in a great location. With the best of both worlds, as it’s pretty quiet most of the time but is still only a 5-10 min walk from a great selection of bars/restaurants in Spinningfields and Salford Central station.

The building is only 7 years old and the apartment is in great condition, as you can see in the pics. The flat is corner aspect on the 4th floor, has a large south-facing balcony, 2 Juliet balconies, and floor to ceiling windows giving loads of natural light as well as nice city views of Spinningfields/Deansgate and the historic cathedral opposite.

The second bedroom and bathroom has rarely been used and includes a new fitted large 4-door wardrobe, bedside drawers, double bed, desk and an ergonomic chair. So I am looking for someone who is clean, tidy and will respect the place.

There is a communal garden on the first floor and a car park downstairs, however I am currently using the allocated space. It is possible to rent a space from my neighbour for £60pm or there are plenty of car parks or street parking within a 5-minute walk if needed. Conveniently, there is also a Co-op on the ground floor.

Rent is £775pm and bills (Water/Electricity/CouncilTax/Internet) are not included - these will be split 50/50 which will cost approximately £175 per month each. Monthly total (rent + bills) = £950.
