I am currently looking for a housemate to share my beautiful home.
The property is a 3 storey townhouse on a small housing estate looking out over the river Irwell just off Trinity way and only a 5 minute walk to Victoria train station and Deansgate.
The property has a driveway for parking and an enclosed back garden for relaxing in the sun.
The property is fully furnished to a high standard and has a feel of a boutique style hotel. It comprises of entrance hall, ground floor bedroom, ground floor bathroom, ground floor lounge leading out on to the decking and garden.
The first floor comprises of my bedroom with en-suite and the 2nd bedroom which is available to rent and has its own middle floor bathroom with shower.
The 2nd floor is open plan with a vaulted ceiling and comprises of dining area, kitchen with centre island and lounge area with views over the river and the city. It really is an amazing space to relax or entertain.
The house has lots of space and with two lounges there’s always somewhere to relax.
The bedroom for rent has fitted wardrobes and is fully furnished with a Double bed, and bedside tables.

I am looking to share the house with someone professional who is clean and tidy, sociable and brings a positive energy! 🙌🏼

The rent will be £1050 per month inc all bills with a £500 deposit.
