1 En-suite room in a 2-bed apartment in Manchester City Centre. Available from 1st June until 15th November but possibility of extension.

Looking for a new roommate as my current roommate is moving out.

A fellow young professional is preferred; just for context my current work situation is I work from the apartment 4 out of 5 days. Plenty of room within the rooms for a desk, plus multiple communal spaces within building to work from as well.

I negotiated with the building on the overall price for a new 12-month contract and the breakdown is as follows:
• £1813 divided by 2 = £906.50 (rent, bills, Wi-Fi, gym, events, complimentary cleaning)
• £172 divided by 2 = £86 (council tax)

I’ve lived here since March 2023 and have enjoyed my time here hence the decision to extend for another 12 months.

The location is ideal and is near anything you should need to access in Manchester; I work in Leeds so proximity to train stations is very beneficial. All public transports are easily reachable from the location.

The events hosted by the building have allowed me to socialise during the week and meet the community within the building, making friendships along the way which came as an added bonus I was expecting from staying here.

A little about me; I’m 30, born in Blackpool and lived in Lytham St Annes. My current work situation is I work from the apartment 4 out of 5 days, but there’s plenty of room within the rooms for a desk and multiple communal spaces within building to work from as well. Classic young professional lifestyle in Manchester so I go out most weeks to pubs etc but am equally fine and understand the importance of chilled nights in. I use the communal living space to watch Netflix, sporting events and listening to music if I’m hosting. Like to keep the flat clean and tidy, going to the gym within the building and attending the events hosted by the building.

Looking for a male or female young professional roommate who can strike the balance between socialising and respecting personal time and space. Someone who also likes keeping things clean and tidy, respectful of making noise etc and would be happy sharing a couch for a movie. Single or in a relationship I’m not bothered and perfectly happy for you to have your friends over for food, drinks and weekend stays if you give me a heads up. Flat is pretty basic so welcome for you to bring any furniture etc you may have with you.
