Double room in 2 bed 2 bath city centre flat share

Hello! I'm looking for a friendly new housemate to as my current one is moving abroad.

A little about me -

I'm a civil servant working in the environmental sector. I work from home but can be away some days on site and occasionally this may be up to a few days - a week.

When I'm not working I'm normally at the gym, JiuJitsu or unwinding with some video games or TV and I normally spend the weekend unwinding, going on walks/ hikes.

I'm not a massive drinker anymore so would probably get on best with somebody who is not out all the time.

I also have a house cat (his name is Zeus) who's incredibly friendly and loves cuddles. All I ask if that you could possibly feed him while I'm away for work :)

The flat -
It's in a great location!
- 5-10 min walk from the city center
- 5 mins from Ancoats & Northern quarter,
- 5 mins to Shudehill
- 10 mins to Victoria station

As it is 2 bath, you will have your own sizable bathroom to yourself.

Building has a secure post room and multiple codes for entry so it is very safe.

There's also parking spaces available in the building at an extra cost if needed.

Current bills work out around £220 a month but may change with energy prices etc.
