I am moving out of my amazing flat in July, and need someone to take over my tenancy til my contract runs out October 14th.
The unique flat is located with amazing views at the 39th floor in the Anaconda Cut building (Greengate), which is a 5 min walk from Arndale.
The preferred move in date would be July 14th (latest), but this can be discussed.
Monthly rent: £834 (can be discussed)
Internet: Included
Utilities and electricity: not included
You will have your own private bathroom and bedroom. The flat is shared with my clean and calm roommate (25 year old male).
