Room in Northern Quarter with own bathroom

Looking for someone to share my flat with me. It's quite a large 2 bedroom flat, lots of storage and your own bathroom. Bills included as I think it's simpler for both of us but let me know if you prefer otherwise.

I've recently returned to Manchester after a few years abroad. I work in the week, almost always from the office as I prefer to separate my work & home like plus it means I avoid temptations at home! I like baking and happy to share anything I make. In my spare time I enjoy cinema, live events, hiking, sports and anything food related.

Please note I'm on holiday 28th April-7th May, so planning to have viewings when I'm back. I can answer any questions before then though.

I will consider short term lets & couples, with a slight increase in rent depending on circumstances.
