I preferably want a female renter ！！
The lease is from June 10 to September 30. The house is in a corner location, so both the living room and bedroom have a great view of the outside. The rent can be reduced a little if the whole lease is covered.
The flat has a free gym and yoga classes and a cinema There will be lots of parties during the period, and is pet friendly, with dry cleaning and home repairs , and the front desk is exceptionally gentle and can collect deliveries. The rooms are equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, large fridge, oven.
Close to Piccadilly train station, city centre and Chinatown. It is a 7 minute walk to Chinatown and a 12 minute walk to Adele Square and Selfridge in the city centre. It is a 20 minute walk to the University of Manchester's South Campus and a 7 minute walk to the North Campus. There is a bus stop close to the flat and the free school bus takes 7 minutes to Uni Place at the University of Manchester, and Piccadilly train station is only a 4 minute walk away. There are many large supermarkets in the city centre, such as Aldi, Lidl, Tesco express, Poundland, M&S etc.
