A little about the flat -
Green quarter flat close to town, Victoria station. We have a nice reception that takes in your parcels and there’s bike storage. The room for rent is the main master bedroom so it has an en-suite and is the bigger of the two bedrooms. This room also has access to the balcony.
The flat itself is spacious and decorated really nicely with nice furniture and TV included! The building also has a really nice rooftop and gardens out the back

Bills incl of council tax/water/electric n WiFi - usually with the rent comes to about 850/900pm

A little about me -
25 yo Irish girl working in marketing/account management. I work 1-10 mon-thurs and 1-6 on a Fri and I wfh 1/2 days a week max. I usually go to the gym in the mornings so tbh I wouldn’t really be about much during the week.
Ideally I would like someone similar to me in that they don’t work from home more than 1/2 days and we have similar interests.
Wouldn’t mind someone to live with that we can have a lil wine night in or go for few drinks/go for a run or the gym. Same time I also do like my own space so idm at the end of the day or whenever to just go chill solo. I just don’t want an awkward living situation and do want someone I can get along with n be mates with
