En suite Room in Manchester City Centre

Hi, I am moving out in July and am looking for someone to take over my room in this 2 Bedroom apartment in the city centre. It’s fully furnished and has a washer dryer and dishwasher. The apartment is on the 12th floor and has a balcony with a beautiful view of the city. There is enough storage space and space to keep luggage under the bed as well. The building is about a 9min walking distance from Victoria Station. It is also very close to grocery stores -- there is a Co-op within 2 min walking distance from the building. The flat is available from 1st July and the length of the tenancy would be 6 months (after 6 months you can either opt out of the tenancy or maintain it on a monthly rolling basis so pretty flexible). You would be sharing the flat with a girl who is quite easy going.

You would have your own bathroom. It is just outside the bedroom /next to the room.

Please note that the bills are not included and normally range between 170-200 pounds/month (includes wifi, water, electricty, council tax).

5. You are okay with the tenancy commencing from 1st July and a 6 month tenancy.

A Guarantor is preferable but not necessary.
