This is a student ensuite apartment, exclusively available for student residents, bills included. It is conveniently located close to the University of Manchester, 15 minutes walk to engineering building. The room is 17.5 square meters in size (1 bed and 1 bathroom).

My lease with the apartment ends on August 24th. However, I will be leaving Manchester on June 11th and am looking to find someone to take over the lease, with the apartment's consent already obtained.
