Room for rent in city centre

Hello! My current flatmate is moving out in August, so looking for another girl to take her place 😊

Flat is classed as Salford but more in the city centre (5 min walk to selfridges)

Furnished bedroom with double bed in, and own bathroom which is opposite the bedroom - it’s the first bedroom in the video which was taken when we first moved in.
Lovely open plan kitchen/living room with balcony.
On 28th floor so amazing views of the city!

There is a 24 hour concierge and a gym, as well as a lovely courtyard which is so nice in summer!

I work full time and stay at my boyfriends 2/3 times a week so won’t always be home.

Rent is currently £643 a month, and bills are extra. Parking also available at another £120 per month. Altogether bills roughly come to just under £1000 a month. (Rent is probably due to go up when renewing contract, just trying to find out by how much)
