Double bedroom available in Manchester city centre
I am a friendly young professional. As my current flatmate is relocating for work, I am now looking for an honest, friendly and easy-going person/couple to take the extra double bedroom in the flat. I am hoping to share the flat with someone who would keep the flat tidy and clean.
The flat is part of a new block of apartments (FRESH Apartments) located in M3 6AF, bang in the city centre. Only 2 mins walk to Salford Central Station and no. 3 free bus stop, 10 mins walk to Deansgate and AMC cinema, 15 mins walk to Market Street and Salford Uni.
The rental is £350 a month for a min 6-month stay and it will be slightly higher for those who intend to stay less than 6 months. The rental excludes bills, eg. water, electricity, council tax & internet. Students are also welcome as long as you are willing to share the council tax with us.
