The flat, located in the Green Quarter, is 2 mins walk from Victoria Station, 5 mins walk from the Arndale Centre, 10 mins walk from the City Centre and 18 mins walk to Piccadilly station. There is a car park situated behind the flat along with ample road side parking spaces.

The room available has a double bed and a newly fitted, built in wardrobe and desk. The room also has an en-suite bathroom with toilet, sink and shower. The room also comes with an underground car parking space.
